  8. For me owning a condo in quezon city is us like owning a condo in singapore. I love the way they are being located especially if you are a business people usually along MRT stations and nearby EDSA. My aunt just got one unit in santolan, which is a pre-sell. The cash out is very loaw the the reservation starts at 5k which is truly convinient for anyone.

Well, it is quite obvious that the rental rates in the Philippines is quite cheaper compare to other Asian countries. Aside from that, the prices of real estate properties in Philippines is lower compare to United States and other Asian country.

  10. Manila is actually the home of the most prestigious property development. The only thing that's not good is the heavy traffic most especially when I go to work. I'm not comparing but the place is good similar to singapore. On the other hand, there is a slight downfall when it comes to buying and selling hdbthe amenities are given, there are still factors you need to put into consideration.

  17. You can also add AmaiaLand's condo in Quezon City. This 3-tower development is located right along EDSA, where you can easily hop onto the MRT or take a bus.
