The Philippines: More than ready for the Global Workforce?

The Philippines has been at the forefront of providing world-class professionals across the world. A fact proven by two key points:

- Strong demand and supply of Job Opportunities abroad.
- Endless emergence of BPO and ITO outsourcing investments .

The ”War for Talent”  originally coined by Steven Hankin of McKinsey & Company in 1997 has been validly proven and is still on-going up to this date. This same idea is very much applicable in the Philippine labor market due to the increase of outsourcing business. The demand and supply for resources has become really competitive, thus, requiring enterprises to be more creative with their sourcing strategies.

Indeed, the Filipino Resources whether skilled or non-skilled are reaching new heights professionally which in effect produces much awareness of its talents and competitiveness.

Needless to say, the Philippines is well-equipped for the Global Workforce.
